DELIVERY TIMELINE: 

The delivery timeline depends on the delivery address of the customers. 

• For Metro and Tier-1 cities the standard delivery period is between 3-5 working days after placing the order.
• For Tier-2, Tier-3 and rural areas the standard delivery period is between 5-8 working days after placing the order.
• Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• We provide Free Shipping across India.

ORDER TRACKING:

• After placing the order you will receive the shipment details in your registered mobile number and e-mail. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at info@showstopper.co.in and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.

Please Note: Unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to return/ exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• Request for return/ exchange will be accepted only within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Products bought during Sale/ Discount period cannot be exchanged/ returned.
• Accessories cannot be exchanged/ returned.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged/ returned.
• Products paid through any Gift Cards other than the Gift Cards issued by us cannot be returned.
• Products that have been altered or repaired by you or any third party cannot be exchanged/ returned.
• In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
• All refunds happen via Bank Transfer only which can take up to 15 working days. (Refunds via UPI/Paytm/PhonePe/Gpay is currently disabled)
• In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference amount in your showstopper wallet or the difference amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.
• If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location we shall inform you and henceforth you can self-ship the product(s) to us on the below mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 5 days. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it inside the packet.
• Charges of return pick-up will be borne by us in case of an Exchange.
• In case of Return for a refund the reverse pick-up charge will be deducted from the customer.

• No exchange/return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.

 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/ Delivery Address/ Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at info@showstopper.co.in with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
