Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will happily accept returns or exchanges for any unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged item with its original tags still attached.

Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • We offer free returns and exchanges.

  • An item is eligible for a return or exchange only once.

  • We will arrange a pickup of your item, which is typically completed within two working days of your request.

  • After we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it's in good condition. As soon as it passes our quality check, we will process your return or exchange promptly.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Items bought during a sale period.

  • Accessories.

  • Customized products.

  • Products purchased with Gift Cards other than those issued by us.

  • Items that have been altered or repaired by you or a third party.

Refund & Exchange Information

  • All refunds are processed via bank transfer and may take up to 15 business days.

  • If you exchange an item for one of a higher value, you will be asked to pay the price difference. If the value is lower, the difference will be credited to your Showstopper Wallet or refunded to your original payment method.

International Orders

No returns or exchanges are applicable to international orders. For any sizing questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Self-Shipment

If a reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, we will notify you. You may then self-ship the product to the address below using a reliable courier service. Please include a piece of paper with your Order No. inside the packet.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Changes to Your Order

If you would like to make changes to your order, such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please contact us on our WhatsApp number (+91)8582969684 or email us at info@showstopper.co.in. Use the subject line: "Order Number + Revised Information." We will facilitate the change if your order has not yet been shipped.
